Perfect amount of heat and a great flavor.
Gourmet taste, with a sweet citrus heat. I won't let anyone in my house touch it. It's my guilty pleasure on shrimp tacos.

I give this hot sauce a five star rating due to it unique flavor. The heat is on the milder side...but has nice persistence. My biggest complaint is that the jar is too small because I want to dump it all over what I'm using it for....it is that tasty. If you have not tried this one...you should because it is delightful.
