This unique, old-world inspired flavor brings together dried chilis, sweet plums, and earthy spices in a mild but richly flavored sauce. Use it to enhance grilled meats and vegetables, roasted and baked potatoes, chili, BBQ dishes, and fried eggs. 1/10 heat.
